Problems with driver

I sent my Zune off for repair and the circuit board was replaced. Now that I have it back, it works but I can't get it to sync to the computer. It's not a USB port issue or a cable issue because the Zune will charge via the cable and the computer sees the device. I am getting an error message saying "USB Device Not Recognized". When I click on the error message, it shows "unknown device" instead of Zune 80GB. From there it tells me that no drivers have been loaded for the unknown device. I've tried installing the driver myself, but Windows is telling me make sure that you use a driver that is compatible with Windows x64. I downloaded the newest version of Zune software today. Is there an issue between Zune software and 64bit Windows Vista?

Vista is your issue, try it on another windows machine and see what happens.
