Tiny screw driver size

Post by NerdyWife » November 8th, 2015, 11:02 am

Hello! I am trying to replace the battery on my iPod nano (2nd gen) and have gotten stuck. one of the screws on the bottom seems to be slightly smaller than all the rest. I have the tiny phillips head screwdriver which comes with the iPod repair kit, but it does not fit this particular screw. I cannot even slightly budge it and am worried about stripping the screw. Is the screwdriver which comes with the iPod repair kit a size #00?

I really want to have the battery replaced on this iPod. It's a birthday present with a special message on the back from my family.

If you cant find a small enough driver, I suggest using a razor blade or a tool to remove stripped screws. Or we can also install the battery for you for a small fee.
