30/60 5th gen 80 gig HDD upgrade MK8007GAH

Is it possible to upgrade your 5th gen 30/60gig ipod to the MK8007GAH 80gig? If so will you add this to your product list?

The new 80GB 2nd Generation Video comes with a MK8010 Toshiba Drive. This is not the MK8007 drive that has not been made available. To answer your ?, the new 80GB drive cannot be used in the 1st Gen Video 30GB/60GB yet. We are working on this issue as we speak. Give us some time and I;m sure we will figure it out!

yeah i had to find this out the hard way
i had a 60gb 5gen tried to upgrade to an 80gb from an 5.5 gen

didn't work so i just got a new ipod 5.5gen
