Step 1:
Order the diagnostic testing service from our website by adding to your cart. Your credit card will be charged for return shipping only at checkout.
(We accept credit cards, personal checks, money orders, and PayPal). If paying
with a check or money order, it is not necessary to enter the # we ask for at
checkout unless you have the check/money order on hand.
Step 2:
Send your
Microsoft Zune device to our Repair Service Center using your own packaging.
Instructions on
where and how to send your Zune will be sent to your E-mail address
after you complete the order. Please make sure you turn your junk mail filter
off so you are able to receive messages from Rapid Repair.
Step 3:
Once received, a Rapid Repair technician will determine the problem with your Zune device.
We will contact you with a detailed and affordable repair quote 24-48hrs after it has been received (we will not perform any work without your consent). If you approve the quote, we can re-bill your credit card for the repair(s).
If you do not approve we can offer to buy your Zune device for salvage
value or send it back to you.
