Which model do I own?
Step 1: Order the Battery Replacement service for your Zune. (You can elect RapidRepair to perform the installation, or choose self-installation).
Step 2: Send your Zune to our Repair
Service Center. Instructions on where to send it will be sent to your
E-mail address after you complete your order.
Step 3: Once received, a technician will replace the battery. We will contact
you if any other issues are present prior to any repairs.
