Step 1: Order diagnostic service for the Apple iPad by adding to your cart. We will collect billing information at checkout but will not charge your card, you will pay the repair costs after we diagnose your device.
Step 2: Send your iPad to our Repair Service Center (Instructions on where and how to send the iPad will be sent by email and also will be available after checkout is complete.)
Step 3: Once received, a technician will determine the problem with your broken iPad. We will contact you with a detailed and affordable repair quote after your iPad is received (please allow a few days for your device to be diagnosed, we will not perform any work without your consent). If you approve the quote, we can bill you for the repair(s), complete them and ship your device back. If you do not approve we may offer to purchase your device for parts or send it back to you for a fee. (There is a $30 diagnostic fee which can be applied to your total if you choose to have your iPad repaired. If you decline the repairs, the $30 diagnostic fee must be paid prior to shipping the device back.)
