My iphone has a dent above the volume control buttons and cannot increase the volume. Can this back cover be replaced? The guy at the apple store said they would sellme a new phone for $199, but I could have an after market place put on a new back case. Any suggestions?

We could definitely get you taken care of for significantly less than 199.00, we would need to take a look at it to determine if it just needs a back panel or if the volume control buttons have been internally damaged.

How can I unlock my unactivated Iphone without having to buy anything? I bought an Iphone from someone and when i press the circular button at the bottom, even when i have my simcard in, it asks me to connect my iphone to iTunes. I dont have internet on my phone plan and i want to keep my phone plan the same price. How can i unlock the Iphone without activating it or connecting it to iTunes?
