Is your iPod/iPhone/Zune liquid damaged? Read here...

Liquid damage has variable results beyond speculation. The absolute only way we can offer any repair ideas in a case of liquid damage is for you to send your unit in for diagnostics. I can equate it to a flood damaged car. It would need to be looked at, as simply calling up your mechanic and asking, "What needs to be replaced?", would result in your mechanic probably hanging up on you thinking it was a prank call.

If you think your iPod has been damaged by liquid, check the liquid damage indicator located inside the headphone jack (only on iPhone, Touch, & Classic V6-7 models). The indicator will be pink if it has been triggered (even the smallest amount of pink means it got wet = Apple denies your warranty)
