Shot in the dark but is there anyway to upgrage the flash storage chips on the zunehd? I know they are soldered on but could the be removed and replaced with larger capacity flash chips?

How much would it cost if I shipped it to RR?

I was listening to my Zune 80Gb last night and I fell asleep... when I woke up it was on the floor!!! Now I can hear a clicking sound inside of it each time a look for a album or change from one song to the other... what might have happened to it??? Could it be the HD??? I have a broken zune 30GB that I don't feel like repairing.(I don't actually use it anymore) I've already found a use for the hard drive, but I was hoping there was something I could use the screen for.(and any other parts) I want to use as much of the zune as I can. It looks like the problem is with the main board so every other part is potentially useful. Thanks is advance.

I replaced the headphone jack on my zune, upon reassembly my display gets stuck with the zune logo on it. it also briefly flashes a contact customer support on a screen.
