Same old usual suspects: headphones, inserts, USB cable, and manual.
What a nice looking Gloss black finish.

Step 1
Using the safe open case tool, insert into the gap between the backing and front panel.
Unlike the 80GB Zune, you do not have to remove any screws for the back panel to come off. It is a tight fit so be careful and go slow.
Once the backing is off you can see the internals. Lift off some of the silver tape and take the hard drive out. There are 4 star screws that can be removed after the drive is out.

Step 2

Step 3
Once you remove the silver tape and the screws under the drive you can see the board. Take the battery and antennea wires out of the insets at this point. |
 |
|
Step 4
There are 2 more screws in this step on the dock port. Remove the ZIF cable, and antennae cable. You can also lift the battery up now. Carefully lift up on the board and remove the LCD clip so you can remove the LCD ribbon from the board. |

Step 4 Cont.

Step 4 Cont.
Just a glance at the front panel with all components removed. The front panel is the exact same as the Zune 80GB with the exception of the gloss black paint.
We have found that almost all the parts are compatible with the 80GB Zune:
Clickwheel, front panel glass, mainboard, battery, LCD screen, headphone jack, antennae, and ZIF cable.
