In a consumer world where simple matters such as meeting commitments and customer service seem to be absent, you organization performed. I submitted my online repair order, sent you my device, you repaired it, and sent it back to me all in a period of a week. It even worked the first time. That alone is rare today.

Recieved my Zune back today, works perfectly thanks guys me and this zune have a long history and i was hoping i wouldnt have to replace it, so thanks a great deal and keep up the great work!

I just wanted to follow-up regarding the recent order with Rapid Repair.
I am very pleased with the 120GB upgrade. Thus far, there have been no issues and things are working smoothly. I have loaded 80GB thus far and expect that I can reach the limit without any issues.
Furthermore, I would like to extend my gratitude regarding the additional 30GB hard drive and accessories. If you can remember, I had spoken and noted about the return of my original 80GB hard drive so I can use it with my 30GB Zune. You had indicated it would not be compatible, but instead you would send a 30GB from 'the box'. Just to let you know I've been able to load ~26GB of media without any issues. It was a crap shoot with getting something from 'the box' as you said, but something tells me you provided a good HD. Thank you and thank you to the Tech who worked on my Zune!
If you ever need a testimonial, I would be happy to write one. Furthermore, I a member to several forums of Zune users and you can bet that I will be promoting your services. I'll let them know to reference me (JSP62 / John Park) and to ask for you. Any business I can get for you is worthwhile.

I just thought that I'd let you know that I received my Zune late this afternoon...and it works! I listened to the music that someone downloaded onto my device and it worked with the SYNC system in my new Mercury Mariner.
I didn't want to lose the music that had been downloaded, so I called Adonis and he was able to assist me with saving it to my music library...I knew that once I followed your instructions to "erase all content" that the album would be lost. So I successfully copied it to my music collection.
Then I followed your instructions, I renamed the device to its original name...and the synchronization started automatically. It took a while but it finally finished. I ran to the SUV...I tried it and I had some missteps before it worked perfectly. It had to first "index"...then develop speech commands...then the system said "this device doesn't recognize speech commands"...then I asked for the same artist for a fourth time and it started working. My neighbors kept walking by wondering why I was sitting in my SUV listening to so many different types of music.
Thanks for all of your help with this one. I knew that folks from Michigan would make it all work. Michigan is in the Big Ten with Penn State...I am a Penn Stater, but I had some friends who went to Michigan...and they loved it and said that the state and its people reminded them of Pennsylvania.
I have taken the liberty of attaching a photo of my three vehicles so that you can see my license plates...a true Penn State, Big Ten fan lives here...
