We service some parts for the Amazon Kindle, and other smart phones as well.

Why We Do It:
When the sound on our first iPod started to falter, we thought, “somebody should do something about this...” and we did.  Now, years later we’re using that same reasoning to reach everyone in need of our services.  Because of our unique inspiration and focus on iPods, iPads, Zunes, & iPhones, we are able to offer unmatched technical expertise along with friendly personal service.

Rapid Repair gets iPods, Zunes, Other Portable Devices
Fixed and Back to Owners -- Fast

Battery Replacements, Broken Screens Lead List of Repairs Done By
Growing Online Company Run by Young Entrepreneur

KALAMAZOO, MI (10/16/07) – If you Google “iPod repair”, the first natural listing that comes up is a company called Rapid Repair. The listings above Rapid Repair pay for their position. “We’ve earned our popularity,” laughs Aaron Vronko, Co-Founder and Service Manager.
Rapid Repair owes its popularity to the true quickness of its service. You can go online and buy their diagnostic service, send in your iPod, Zune, iPhone or other portable device, get a detailed repair quote, and have the device serviced and sent back to you in a matter of days. It’s perfect for owners, who hate to be without them for very long. It’s perfect for thrifty people, who get a new rechargeable battery installed or LCD screen fixed, and don’t have to buy a new unit. And it’s great for Vronko, a 24-year-old who is enjoying the growth of this business that seemed like a natural thing to do.
“Rapid Repair literally started in an apartment,” said Vronko, who incorporated the business initially in 2004. “My friend and partner, Ben Levy started repairing iPods after working on our own, and then learning through forums that there was a big need for it.”

The wild popularity of iPods and Zunes, their inevitable need for battery replacement, and the continuing release of new units like the iPhone make Rapid Repair’s future look very bright. “We get as many as 500 devices coming into our operation per week, from all over the country, and from over 65 countries around the world,” said Vronko. “We had the first iPhone in for a screen replacement less than a week after they came out.”
Customer satisfaction is a hallmark of Vronko’s operation; he feels he has the best technicians in the business. Rapid Repair also employs just as many customer service agents as technical specialists, to help customers through every step of their repair. Plans are underway to open a new location, including both a retail storefront and a repair lab to service online orders, in the near future.

Company Known for Speedy Service
Grows Fast Under 24-Year-Old Entrepreneur

Broken iPod Leads to Business Model for Successful Head of Rapid Repair.com

KALAMAZOO, MI (10/18/07) – At 5 years old, Aaron Vronko’s business skills blossomed while selling snakes to neighborhood friends. “I don’t think I sold that many; it wasn’t a long-term thing,” laughs Vronko. “I guess the reptilian business went cold over the winter.”
That initial entrepreneurial experience is in stark contrast to what Vronko is doing now, less than 20 years later. He is the 24-year-old Co-Founder and Service Manager of the highly successful Rapid Repair.com, the most well-known and reputable small electronics online repair service. Rapid Repair repairs and services iPods, Zune units and other devices, and also modifies the devices to look customized with colorful screens and faceplates. Rapid Repair can fix devices with sound issues, liquid damage, hard drive problems and broken screens, by far the most common problem. The company also sells parts, accessories, and manuals, and includes professional installation of parts at no extra charge.
Vronko didn’t set out to lead a successful online company, although he always felt he would land somewhere in the business world. After high school and a few years at Western Michigan University near his home town of Kalamazoo, Vronko went to work in the IT department of Pharmacia, a large pharmaceutical company eventually bought by Pfizer. It was at Pharmacia that Vronko met his friend and soon-to-be co-founder of Rapid Repair, Ben Levy. “Ben started repairing iPods after working on his own, and then learning through forums that there was a big need for it,” said Vronko. “Rapid Repair literally started in an apartment.” The partners incorporated the business initially in 2004.
